Bank DKI UI/UX Report on Sales Application Creation
In this project, our UI/UX team was responsible for designing an intuitive and attractive user interface for the sales application created by Bank DKI. Here is a detailed description of the steps taken by our team during the design stage:
Research and Analysis
Our team started the design process by conducting research on existing sales applications in the market and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each application. We also discussed with the development team and product manager from Bank DKI to understand the needs and ultimate goal of the sales application to be created.
Persona
After conducting research and analysis, we created several personas that represent potential users of the sales app. These personas help us in understanding the needs and preferences of the users so that we can design a user interface that is suitable for them.
User Flows
Our team then created several user flows to illustrate how users would interact with the sales app. These user flows helped us understand the process and steps required by users to achieve their goals while using the app.
Wireframe Design
After understanding the user needs and preferences as well as the processes required, our team created several wireframe designs that showed the general layout and structure of the app. We paid attention to small details such as the layout of buttons and icons as well as the arrangement and size of text.
Visual Design
Once the wireframe design was approved, our team started creating a more detailed visual design. We choose a color palette that matches the Bank DKI brand and pay attention to details such as font type and image usage.
Interactive Prototype
Once the visual design was complete, our team created interactive prototypes that allowed users to experience and understand how the sales app would work. These prototypes help us in refining the design and ensuring the app can be used easily by users.
Conclusion
In this project, our UI/UX team successfully designed an intuitive and engaging user interface for Bank Indonesia's new sales application. We are confident that this application will meet the needs of users and help Bank DKI in achieving its business goals.
