Problem: In this project, our main focus was to fulfill partners' needs to ease B2B business processes through the creation of the Mitra Toko or MITOK application. We identified several issues that needed to be addressed, namely limitations in manually contacting store partners and the complexity of business processes that slowed down transactions.
Recomendation: To address the issues at hand, we recommend creating a Mitra Toko or MITOK mobile app that is designed with a user experience similar to current marketplaces. Here are our steps and recommendations:
1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the needs of potential users of Mitra Toko or MITOK and conduct competitor analysis to understand the advantages and disadvantages of similar applications. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and observations to understand their perspectives on using B2B apps.
2. User Persona: Create user personas that represent the target users of the Mitra Toko or MITOK application. These user personas will guide design decisions and application functionality. Through user personas, we will understand user preferences, challenges, and needs to provide relevant and effective experiences.
3. Information Design: Use good information design to ensure that important information is easily accessible to users. Establish a clear hierarchy and consider factors such as the order in which information is displayed, appropriate text size, and intuitive use of icons.
4. Visual Design: Building an attractive and intuitive interface by considering design principles such as visual consistency, proper use of colors, and easy-to-read typography. Selecting visual elements that match the theme of Mitra Toko or MITOK to create a strong brand identity.
5. Navigation and Interaction: Design navigation that is easy to understand and intuitive, so that users can easily navigate through the app's features and content. Provide clear interactive elements, such as buttons, icons, and animations that provide visual feedback when interacted with.
6. Testing and Iteration: Conduct trials with potential users to gather feedback and iterate on the UI/UX design. Use the results of user testing and analysis to improve the user experience, fix any issues encountered, and improve the overall performance of the application.
