This is what I do when I become Jobstreet's ui ux designer, of course redesigning so that users don't run away to other platforms.
Thank you in advance for my writing. This time I am still discussing related to ui ux design. Which this time I tried to do a UI UX audit on the jobstreet application. Yes, this one application has indeed had many users until now on this day May 5, 2022 there have been more than 10 million downloaders. Of course, if you look at the number of donwloaders, it is not a small amount and there will be more expectations from the owner of the application or platform from its users.
I did this UI UX audit by looking at the cases listed by users in the play store comments column:
From the data above, it can be seen that the case that is happening is related to the absence of a clear tool or page regarding the results of the application process. Of course, after doing this UI UX audit, it is hoped that it will help users and resolve the company's unfavorable comments regarding the application. From there I tried to solve the problem by adding a little application status feature. Which after I saw the previous version of the work history was located in the profile menu and hidden. The following are the results of the redesign of the jobstreet application when viewed from user flow, wireframing, low fidelity, high fidelity for tools I use figma link here
From the application status, there is a description of the application process, among others: Under review, unsuitable/unsuitable, shortlisted, offered/offered, hired/hired. In later use, users can see through the application status category dropdown button which already has a number so that users know how many job applications are in the process. The prototype design can be seen through the following link here
Thank you for visiting my article. Hopefully through this article it can add insight to friends who are in the world of design. Help share so that it is more useful, thank you.
